Sunglasses keep getting bigger and bigger, and the younger college generation is taking this trend by storm. For the guys, it’s the aviator look and for the ladies it’s just the oversized look made popular by many celebrities. Some of the glasses are getting so big that seriously they cover like half of their face and look more like goggles!
The cost is reasonable, but can quickly become out of hand when pimped with jewels, beads, or other jewelry or if they’re some expensive brand. It has been said that college people like big sunglasses because it makes them look more mature or sleek. Put it this way, it’s a subconscious satisfaction kind of thing.
Who knows, the big sunglasses look is probably just a fad, and it’s probably going to fade soon. But in the meantime college people sure are carrying this trend well.
